Magnesium ( Mg ) -  one of the most abundant elements in nature, is an integral component of bone and dental enamel in humans and animals, and in plants is a part of the chlorophyll. Magnesium ions contained in drinking water and in sea water a lot of magnesium chloride. 
The body contains 20-30 g of magnesium. Approximately 1% of magnesium is in the body fluids and the remaining 99% in the bone (about 40%) and soft tissue (about 59%). The daily requirement for  magnesium  - 400-500 mg.

According to many scientists, after oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and carbon, magnesium is an essential element for the body. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 reactions necessary for the functioning of the body: the development of many enzymes, activation of other structural elements, protein synthesis and energy production.

Stressing the importance of magnesium for the body, it is often referred to as "metal life."

Magnesium recoveries may be violated when the body is excess fat and calcium phosphate (in higher doses), manganese, cobalt, lead, nickel, cadmium, as well as excessive use kofya, alcohol and certain drugs and antibiotics. In turn, the vitamins B1, B6, C, D, E, calcium, phosphorus, (which arrive in optimal amounts), improve its digestibility. Magnesium affects the assimilation of B vitamins and calcium, important for the metabolism of vitamin C, phosphorus, sodium, activates the enzyme 50% in the body, but also involved the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and energy metabolism.

In humans, the magnesium has a broad spectrum of biological activity:

  • It is a structural component of a large number (about 300) of enzymes, particularly ATP dependent enzymes. This determines the systemic magnesium influence on energy processes in all organs and tissues, primarily active energy-consuming (heart, nervous system, working muscles). Related to this is a wide spectrum of pharmacological activity of magnesium.
  • Involved in protein synthesis, normalizes renal and biliary tract, positively affects the work of the cardiovascular and nervous system. By participating in the conversion of creatine phosphate to ATP, magnesium controls the power of an organism.

Foods high in magnesium - wheat bran, cocoa, cashews, soybeans, buckwheat, almonds, oatmeal, spinach, egg, peanuts, beans, peas, millet, barley grits.

Composition agents: vitamin C - 1200 mg of magnesium (in the form of citrate) - 800 mg, Acid - 100 mg Purified water to 200 ml.

The additive developed by talented Ukrainian scientists and is an additional source of vitamin C and iron. It contributes to the hemoglobin in the blood.

It does not contain genetically modified components, artificial colors or preservatives.

Application: adults 5 cm 3 (1 teaspoon) dissolved in 100 cm 3 of water, juice or tea - consumed twice a day with meals. Shake well before use is recommended.

Recommended use of the term: the duration of reception 3-4 weeks. In the future, the use of the term agreed with the doctor.
